Jazzy Lou’s Boutique DO NOT cover postage costs, we advise you use the same postage bag you received your items in to save on more expenses.  Please make sure to keep proof of postage incase your returned items get lost on the way back to us, if you fail to provide us with this information and your parcel does get lost, we will not be able to issue your refund.

Please contact us if you’re wanting to return an item as our return address is not stated on the parcel due to privacy reasons.

You MUST return your parcel within 14 days of receiving your items, if it exceeds 14 days you will not receive a refund. 

If it has been 10 days since returning an item and we have still not received it, we advise you contact Royal Mail, Jazzy Lou’s Boutique is not responsible for any parcels that get lost on the way back to us.

When returning an item please make sure the item is still in perfect condition- tags attached, no marks, stains, odours etc.

If we receive an item that is in poor condition we will not be able to issue a refund as the product will not be able to go to a new owner.

We may use your information to improve our services by sending offers or promoting new items. The information we collect is your name, address, email, phone number and credit/debit card details. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing items from Jazzy Lou’s Boutique you are subject to following the terms and conditions.

We provide an easy checkout service therefore you are responsible to check and amend any errors made before placing an order with us. We are not responsible for any parcels sent to an incorrect address due to the customers mistakes.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment or if we suspect any fraudulent activity. If we are unable to supply you with an Item in these circumstances we will contact you via email.

Please note all items are subject to availability. If an item is mistakenly out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to issue a refund.
